Klemens Koehring


Klemens Koehring is a London-based actor with more than a decade of professional experience in screen, stage and voice work. After growing up in Germany, he spent his formative years in such diverse places as North America, Southeast Asia and the UK, where he graduated with a First Class BA Honours in Media Performance from the University of Bedfordshire and also trained at the Michael Chekhov Studio London.


Bilingual in German and English, Klemens has performed in international productions in both languages. His key film roles include the lead character of the pilot in the WW2 short film drama Dying Light (which was the opening film of the 2017 Cardiff International Film Festival, where it was nominated for Best Welsh Short Film, and it has also been nominated for Best Drama at next year's London International Story First Film Festival) and the character of the police pathologist in the feature-length horror drama Molly Crows (which won Best Drama at the 2013 Portobello Film Festival). He has also acted in music videos (including Babyfoot Romance - Best Music Video at the 2015 Limelight Film Awards), commercials and corporate productions and he is an experienced corporate presenter.


Klemens has voiced a wide range of characters in video games, most notably in the best-selling Sniper Elite franchise. His voiceover work also includes such diverse genres as historical documentaries (e.g. episodes of Raiders of the Lost Past), high-profile advertising campaigns (e.g. the German Duracell Ultra Power TV commercials) and audio guides for iconic attractions (e.g. Guinness Storehouse).


On stage, Klemens has played such varied roles as Paris in Romeo and Juliet at The Windsor Globe, Banquo in Macbeth at The London Theatre, Pasha Selim in the Mozart opera Die Entführung aus dem Serail at West Green House Opera and Sir Walter Raleigh/Prince Ludwig in Blackadder II at The Hexagon. Moreover, Klemens has been the live presenter of events at prestigious venues including the BFI Southbank and the Royal Academy of Arts and he has done extensive modelling work for events and photographic projects.
